You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion order from sltopk or any related operator platform at the time of registration or at any point during account use.
When registering an Account on sltopk, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information. You undertake to promptly update your information if it changes. sltopk reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account where registration information is found to be inaccurate, misleading or incomplete.
KYC verification may be required before certain Account features — including withdrawals — are activated. You agree to provide valid government-issued identification and any other documents reasonably requested by the Operator to complete verification.
The Platform is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment and information purposes only. You agree to use the Platform only in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
sltopk reserves the right to restrict, suspend or terminate access to the Platform for any user who breaches these Terms, without prior notice and without liability.
All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in PKR or approved equivalent currencies as determined by the Operator. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set by the Operator and may change without prior notice.
Payment method references on this Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided as familiar Pakistani payment context only. These institutions do not endorse, support or affiliate with sltopk or gambling in any form. Actual payment method availability is determined solely by the Operator.
Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification, compliance review and Operator processing timelines. sltopk does not guarantee specific withdrawal speeds. Processing times vary based on payment method, verification status and applicable checks by the Operator, wallet provider or bank.
Where cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT) is referenced, users acknowledge that crypto transactions are subject to network confirmation times, gas fees and significant price volatility. sltopk does not claim that cryptocurrency is legal, anonymous or universally available in Pakistan. Users must independently verify regulatory requirements under applicable Pakistani law before initiating cryptocurrency transactions.
By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds belong to you, are not proceeds of crime, and are not being deposited in contravention of any applicable law. sltopk reserves the right to suspend any Account and report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
All bonuses and promotions offered by sltopk are subject to specific terms and conditions, including but not limited to:
sltopk reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. In the event of suspected abuse or exploitation of promotional offers, sltopk may void bonuses, related winnings and suspend the affected Account.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content may constitute an infringement of copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights and may expose the infringing party to civil and criminal liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sltopk, its directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:
sltopk's maximum aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the calendar month in which the claim arises, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
sltopk collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.
You have the right to request access to, correction of, and deletion of your personal data held by sltopk, subject to applicable legal obligations and the operational requirements of the Operator. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for full details on your data rights and how to exercise them.
sltopk does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
sltopk reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, sltopk will use reasonable efforts to notify registered users via their registered email address or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its operating licence. Nothing in this clause is intended to restrict any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through sltopk's internal complaint resolution process by contacting support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to the competent courts or regulatory authority of the applicable jurisdiction.
